Some RINO Stompings

Andy at WWR writes Jeb Bush a letter.

I have a nutty idea, so try to keep up with me. Could it be, just possibly, that when you find your wife unconscious in the wee hours, your first instinct is not to mark the time down accurately just in case a prosecutor, or perhaps a Republican governor, tries to come after you 15 years later in a bid to win votes?

Orac follows up on his debunking of Salon's

one-sided account by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. of the supposed link between thimerosal in vaccines and autism that is being promoted by antivaccine activists as an indictment of the government and pharmaceutical companies.

SayUncle highlights some dirty pool by (the intentionally unlinked) Metropulse, and how South Knox Bubba stood up to some blustering threats. Kudos to SKB (even though he's a Leftie).

For once, comparisons with Vietnam are apt, for as surely as a day came when public opinion forced Nixon's hand, the Bush Administration will find itself in a similar quandary if they don't get on top of the public relations game.

Raging RINOs - looking at Iraq, Lefties, and Righties since June 16, 2005. Like Barry Campbell says. But some closet RINOs still haven't gotten the word.

Confessions

I like the choice for the title, the use of "death sentence" for execution / state ritual murder has bugged me for a long while. Next we might admit that it is done for pleasure. And then, that those killed are of below-average intelligence, or insane. And then...
