					<description>Jesus H. Christ... can you add up the estimated number of hours everyone involved spent writing emails, multiply by average hourly rate, and get a back-of-envelope idea of how much this fracas cost your company?

I theorize that almost all organizations composed of more than 150 humans are "broken" by default...we just don't have the mental software to deal with groups larger than a tribe/extended family. 

P.S., I used to talk to you back in the Agonist days, Stephen, right when you started TPD -- good to see that you are still writing it.</description>
