Obama won, or tied her, in almost all of her previously strong demographics:

No College Degree 43% 56%

Less Than $50,000 44% 54%

Democrat 46% 53%

White 45% 54%

Catholic 50% 50%

Only among senior citizens and white women did Clinton coalition give her any margin.

65 or Over 58% 41%

White Women 52% 47%

White Men 34% 63%

And among white men and women, it’s interesting to note that Clinton carried the female vote by only five percent, while Obama took the male vote by almost 30%.
