She is a member of this British girl group, called “Girls Aloud.” They are all pretty hot …
Apparently the group was formed from a UK reality TV show Popstars: The Rivals, a forerunner of American Idol; the winners were selected to make up a new girl group. Aside from their obvious attributes, I read that they can sing too. I wouldn’t know. They are extraordinarily popular in the UK, with 12 top singles and 3 hit albums. (That’s her in the lower left, as a brunette.)
Cheryl Tweedy is also a favorite of the merciless British tabloid press. She has been involved in a fight with a toilet attendant, resulting in a lawsuit charging racism. Her footballer (soccer player) fiance, Ashley Cole, has been the object of internet and tabloid speculation about his sexual preferences. And, as Jeff noted, Cheryl has been catfighting with Welsh pop star Charlotte Church.
