Robertson Links Sharon’s Stroke to God’s Wrath

Christian broadcaster Pat Robertson suggested Thursday that Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon’s stroke was divine punishment for “dividing God’s land.”

“God considers this land to be his,” Robertson said on his TV program “The 700 Club.” “You read the Bible and he says `This is my land,’ and for any prime minister of Israel who decides he is going to carve it up and give it away, God says, `No, this is mine.’”

This guy is disconnected. Where does he come up with this stuff? Someone needs to do him, and alot of other people, a favor, and sew his mouth shut. Then again, he does serve as entertainment.

    As a Jew my I ask Pat Robinson and his followers to leave us alone. We have enough of our own crazies to fill up any local asylum. As for god being mad that Palestinians are being given a home in a land that Mr. Robinson says is holy, What better place to allow a homeless people to settle. Someday the Palestinians and the Israelis will live together in peace, in one world where religious differences will be non-existent. Is this not all three of these religions seemed to preach?
