Creationists say, "In the beginning God....."

Evolutionist say, "In the beginning no god...."

Both are equally vaild but both are the propositional statements that underlie philosophy not science. To say Evolution is science and Creation is philosophy is a false argument. Having said that, either propositional statement could be used as foundational to how one sees or intreprets science. 

A personal observation. I see many Evolutionists who are able to live with the unexplainable gaps in the theory because the alternative theory (Creationism) is unthinkable. That is to say if it (Creationism) is true then there is someone-or at least something-to be accountable to beyond one's self.</description>
